Fast Trac(R)  is a practical, hands-on business development program designed to help busy entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to manage and grow a successful business. 

There are two 10 session programs, depending upon how long entrepreneurs have been in business. 

FastTrac(R) New Venture(TM):

Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs or those who have been in business less than one year.  Topics focus on launching a busienss successfully:

• Discovering your business concept
  

• Understanding market research
  

• Setting financial goals
  

• Setting Prices
  

• Seeking funds
  

FastTrac(R) Growth Venture(TM):

Designed for entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least two years and want to move their business to the next level.  Participants focus on their own business throughout as they:

• Analyze the business and evaluate growth opportunities
  

• Streamline operations to operate more efficiently
  

• Calculate the funds required to reach the next growth phase
